Join us in Seattle, WA this April! There's so much to do in Seattle, so make a vacation out of it and extend your stay. What does finding the balance mean?
In part, it is that balancing act between relaxing at the cabin while keeping an eye on the health of the forest. It's about how to preserve the historic look and feel of your cabin while also protecting it with a fire-resistant new roof. Conference sessions and speakers will offer insights and practical information so that all of the cabin community can truly enjoy cabin living, while balancing the challenges that we all share.
One of our leading speakers will be Jerry Franklin (click his name to view article) of the University of Washington. He is a leading visionary on forest ecology and regarded by many as a monumental educator. In 2016, he was awarded the Eminent Ecologist designation by the Ecological Society of America. And...he's a cabin owner, too.
