We are able to continue our mission because of your support and generosity. When you contribute to National Forest Homeowners, you help ensure our ongoing advocacy and education on behalf of the cabin program.

If you are ready to donate, contributions can be made to any of our funds. NFH has 4 areas where you can direct your donations. (Click the Fund Name to learn more.)

        Every dollar keeps us going. Mostly, we rely on our Member support through individual and tract member dues and donations. Some donors are repeat supporters and every year, we are grateful to the cabin community for supporting our advocacy mission.   
         
    NFH is working with Congress to introduce the Cabin Program Restoration Act to restore permit holder rights, maximize rebuilding of destroyed cabins and preserve this historic family-oriented recreation on public lands.   
         
    Help us keep our in-person and online NFH cabin community events sustainable. Contributions demonstrate to us that you support the value of NFH Events, and our educational mission.  
         
    Moved by the scale of wildfire destruction, in 2020, we were moved to create a directed fund to be 100% distributed to those cabin groups affected by wildfire losses in their cabin communities that year. We hope to see as many cabin owners rebuild as possible.   
         
 

Online contributions are quick and easy using our secure credit card transactions. We welcome all sizes and payment plans – whether it's a one-time gift, a monthly contribution, or part of a matching gifts program. 

National Forest Homeowners is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization. Your membership dues and donations are not tax deductible. Consult your tax adviser if you have any questions.

The Cabin Program Restoration Act is a bill NFH is asking Congress to introduce to restore our permit holder rights, maximize rebuilding when cabins are lost in disasters and otherwise preserve the Recreation Residence Program.
