Sadly, it is time for us to sell our beloved family cabin. How do we go about locating a realtor or real estate agent who is experienced and knowledgeable about the complexities of USFS cabin sales?

If others know your cabin's National Forest and state, they may be able to offer suggestions.  We've run across knowledgeable real estate agents in several states and local regions, as well as many who are completely unfamiliar with the program and may not understand the challenges of financing, use restrictions and the other in's and out's.
