Here is a set of Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws for an association that spans multiple tracts in one forest area.

As other examples come in, I'll post them here. Please note, this is a dated set of articles and they go back more than 10 years.  It is given purely as an example without critique for comprehensiveness or offering any subjective comment.  It is being shared so you have an example to look at.  I would also imagine that a homeowners association bylaws would be different, but have some similarities to tract associations. Bylaws would govern your leadership structure, elections, meetings and ultimately any shared infrastructure, fees, etc for the association members.  Typically, the ByLaws should be pretty high-level and long-term.  You can evolve your policies and likely they may change periodically as times change, and these typically manage more of the day-to-day stuff that the association is engaged in doing.  You're also welcome to peruse our NFH Bylaws and Articles under NFH Governance.
