Just 10 miles from the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park, this classic log cabin has been in the same family since 1970. It has two bedrooms downstairs, a sleeping loft, and two full bathrooms. The cabin features a large vaulted ceiling family room with a beautiful chimney and wood burning fireplace. A separate dining room has large windows looking out into the forest, with no roads or other cabins visible. An oversized attached garage can park your car inside, and organize your gear in convenient lockers.

The cabin is located within, and on the land of, Custer Gallatin National Forest and is subject to a special use permit and forest service rules.

Less than 150 feet from the front door, you can walk out onto a private dock and channel opening onto Hebgen Lake. The dock and channel service only this cabin. The channel is due for dredging, which must be coordinated through the forest service to protect the land and wildlife.
